These Terms are governed by the following definitions:

2. WHO WE ARE

3. ONLINE BOOKING PROCEDURE

6. CANCELLATIONS BY THE CUSTOMER Any cancellation of the contract must

separately as well as a complete reservation that includes
more than one service. In case of receiving your request
for cancellation more than 24 hours before the time of
collection of the transport service you wish to cancel, you
will be reimbursed the total amount paid, minus 1€ for management fees.
No amount will be refunded if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours
before the scheduled time for the transport service you wish
to cancel. In this case we will send you an email with
confirmation of the cancellation so you can use it to claim
the amount from your tour operator, airline or insurance
7. LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Depending on the route and time of year, our counter period ranges between 0 and 48 hours before the start of the shuttle. 8. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS BY OUR PART If the transport operator is

call or contract with another local company, proceeding to
return the full amount you had previously paid us, by bank

possible to respect your preferences regarding the vehicle
chosen; however, in some cases it may be necessary to assign
an alternative vehicle for reasons of availability or

the need to cancel your reservation. You will be reimbursed
the full amount of the reservation that you have previously
paid us, and this refund will cover all the obligations

9. SEATS FOR CHILDREN

11. WHEELCHAIRS AND RESERVES FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY

18. TRANSPORT SERVICES
