What happens if the plane arrives earlier or is delayed?. With our welcome service, if you tell us your flight number when booking an airport taxi, we can track the flight and adjust the pick-up time automatically. When the plane lands, the driver will wait for you for 60 minutes. This will give you plenty of time to get through security, collect your luggage, and get to the arrivals hall to meet your driver.
¿What does the price include? How paid? Our prices include all taxes, tips and tolls. If you book a taxi from the airport, our standard prices include the welcome service. This means that we will track your flight and wait for you for 60 minutes from when you land. If you book a taxi to the airport, or from any pick-up point that is not an airport, the driver will wait for you for 15 minutes from the agreed pick-up time. Some special requests or changes in the travel itinerary may have an additional cost. The final price may vary depending on the pick-up time indicated in the reservation, in step 3 just before finalizing the reservation, it will be indicated. You can make the payment online or directly to the driver. In some cases, only the online option is available. Everything is confirmed and agreed in advance so there are no surprises and you don't have to worry when you arrive. We currently accept Visa, American Express, Mastercard and all major debit cards.
Can I book one way and also the return? Yes, in step 3 of the reservation form, you have this option.
What is the final price? The final price may vary depending on the pick-up time indicated in the reservation, in step 3 just before finalizing the reservation, it will be indicated.
Can I cancel my reservation? Yes. You can cancel your reservation for free up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time. (Only a minimum commission is deducted for bank charges if it was already paid). Check the reservation confirmation to have all the information on how to cancel it.
My luggage was lost at the airport. Keep in mind that the driver will wait for you at the airport for a maximum of 1 hour after your flight lands, if your luggage has been lost and you want to stay at the airport to claim it, the driver will leave and charge the service, or wait for you and charge you additional time at that time, at a rate of 5€/15min.
Luggage and Pets. The limit per person, for all vehicle types, is one standard suitcase (approximately 70cm high, 47cm wide and 21cm deep), as well as one small piece of hand luggage. Please note that your carry-on baggage will be transported in the vehicle with you, so it must be a suitable size for it. For reasons of safety and hygiene, we cannot transport pets if they do not travel correctly placed in their carrier, they can never be transported together with the passengers or in the seats of the vehicle, if your pet and carrier is bulky, contact in advance to check availability.
